o   To ensure that the chocolate bar standards are met by providing customers with prompt service and quality beverages within a friendly, welcoming and clean environment.

 

o   Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare beverages as per the orders from the waiters/guests and serve to the waiter/waitress within standard preparation time.
  • Prepare beverages as per the Chocolate Bar Standard and recipes. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all preparations.
  • Inform manager of any 86 items right away
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Chocolate Bar as directed by the branch manager or immediate supervisors
  • Prepare garnishes for drinks and beverages, as required. Preparation recipes must be always in front and must be followed.
  • Wash and sterilize glass wares, working place,& refrigerators
  • Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
  • Clear and reset the work area. Opening and closing duties must be followed including thorough cleaning of your section including labelling, floor cleaning, fridges, machines, garbage etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of your work station including display shelf, utensils, counter area and storage areas.
  • Follow standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times, demonstrating clear communication in all customer /employees interactions
  • Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the Branch Manager.
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of beverage bar inventory and supplies.
  • Ensures that Beverages are presented in a manner to generate the utmost eye appeal.
  •  Responds in a positive manner to customer inquires
  • Follow policy and procedure for operational flow at responsible work station.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Branch and Floor Managers.
