Job Summary

Job Summary
·       To actively supervise and manage throughout the staff and standards of
        food quality, service, presentation and cleanliness ensuring that the 
        chocolate bar customers have a consistent and enjoyable experience
·       Supervision and responsible of FOH & BOH team consisting of Staffs with different           work stations
·       Leading by example, by being the first to apply standards and procedures
Key Responsibilities
·       Assist in executing operational goals and objectives.
·       Responsible for the FOH & BOH team on a day to day basis and oversee Front of house & Kitchen operations.
·       To have a strong relationship with FOH & BOH management to support the Floor & Branch Manager
·       Ensure all opening, closing, and transition checklists and procedures are completed properly and recorded
·       Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
·       Serve as a role model for all staff by consistently meeting and exceeding the set standards and performing at the highest level
·       Respond to customer complaint professionally and tactfully.
·       Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
·       Assist in monitoring staff schedules and ensure staffing levels are accurate on shift
·       Oversee Safety compliance and sanitation standards.
·       Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational cost.
·       Other responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Manager and Floor Manager.
 
 
 
 
Health and Hygiene
 
·       Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance          of Barista, FOH and BOH
·       Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
·       Monitoring food and beverage quality, recipe adherence, and line checks.

Required Competencies

  • Ability to demonstrate good supervisory skills and to work effectively as part of a team
  • Presentable appearance, good personal hygiene and following TCB dress code
  • Drive and enthusiasm for food & beverage sales
